About Maddy
I’m a registered Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) and Midwife with a passion for helping people improve their health through evidence-based nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes.

While I have a special interest in women's health, fertility, pregnancy and sports performance, I work with individuals across all stages of life to support a wide range of nutrition and health concerns. Whether you're looking to improve your gut health, optimise your energy, manage a chronic condition, support healthy weight management, address nutrient deficiencies, improve athletic performance or simply feel your best, my goal is to provide personalised, practical nutrition advice that fits your lifestyle & stage of life.

As a Midwife, I've seen firsthand the profound impact that nutrition and lifestyle can have on fertility, pregnancy, birth outcomes, postpartum recovery and the long-term health of both mother and baby. This experience continues to shape my holistic approach to supporting families throughout the reproductive years. I'm also a passionate CrossFitter (definitely a lot slower now since having a baby, but we're re-building!), which fuelled my interest in sports nutrition, female physiology and understanding how we can nourish our bodies to enhance performance, recovery and long-term health.
