With Maddy's experience as a midwife working in the clinical setting, she understands how hard it can be for women to find the resources and support that they need throughout the childbearing continuum, especially in regards to nutrition. That's exactly what she's here to help you with; whether you're currently trying or planning to conceive, are currently pregnant or are embarking on your postpartum journey as a mumma, Maddy will be right here to guide and support you along the way.
Maddy is also a CrossFit lover herself and has become extremely passionate about sports and performance nutrition.
